Over the course of this five-session, introductory program you will learn to dissolve blocks to bliss, and expand your body’s physical capacity for pleasure while simultaneously rewiring your brain through a combination of somatic exercises, nervous system regulation, authentic lineage-based Tibetan Tantra, breathing techniques, and pleasure practices.

Rewire Your Nervous System to Experience More Pleasure ⋆
This course is 1:1 and can be done in a virtual classroom or in-studio. Both are equally as effective.
Your first intake session will be an hour and a half. During your first session, we go through your history, your current internal landscape, and desires; how would you like to be feeling and approaching intimacy with yourself and/or with others? We look at the potential for the expansion of pleasure in the body from a scientific, somatic, and spiritual perspective. We look at and identify areas in your life where there is already an abundance of joy and fulfillment, as well as the areas where there is potential for growth and expansion.
You will leave your intake session with a simple HeartMath®-based nervous system regulation technique to practice for the next week. This technique forms the foundation of creating heart-coherence and begins the process of forming new neurological pathways that are regenerative and pleasure-centered. Practice is easeful and should not take up extra time in your daily life.
These next 4 sessions will be an hour long. For your second session, we check in about how the HeartMath techniques might be shifting the internal and external world you inhabit. Then we move more deeply into various forms of nervous system regulation, and how to use them to expand your pleasure potential. We will introduce another HeartMath technique and Tantric Ocean Breathing, which is designed to trigger your nervous system’s rest and restore function. We will talk about polyvagal theory and learn how to use the “5 cues” that access the ventral vagal pathway to further gain mastery over the nervous system.
Your personal practice for week 2 will be more time-intensive. Plan for 20 minutes of Tantric Ocean Breathing at least 2 times during this week, as well as learning and practicing the 5 cues and your new HeartMath technique.
Session Three: ReWire
This session begins with a brief check-in on how Tantric Ocean Breath and the HeartMath techniques may be affecting you. We troubleshoot, if necessary, to find the most easeful modalities of practice for you. The focus of the rest of this session is rewiring your brain to experience more pleasure! This session you learn the principles of pleasure journaling. We will also cover the 5 forms of pleasure and how to identify and use them in your daily life. You will learn how to identify pleasure using your pleasure scale. Based on this practice, you will learn how to re-frame and identify needs that will bring more pleasure into your daily life. We will also begin to cover how non-violent communication techniques and developing more “feelings and needs” language can help to silence our inner critic and bring more compassion to ourselves and others.
Your personal practice this week will include 20 minutes of Tantric Ocean Breathing at least 2 times a week, pleasure journaling at least 3 times a week (as well as identifying the 5 forms of pleasure) and continued practice of your HeartMath regulation techniques.
Session Four: Rest
We begin session 4 with a longer check-in. At this point, you will likely have started to see some larger shifts in your field of consciousness. There may be things coming up to be felt and seen and heard and let go. This is your session to explore how things are shifting for you. To celebrate the joys and wins thus far, and to say goodbye to anything no longer serving your highest good. At this point, I offer an option to introduce Reiki. Reiki is a gentle form of energy work and healing touch, which can help your body integrate the changes it is making on an even deeper level. If you decide to utilize Reiki to aid in the unwinding and rewiring process, then this session will include half an hour of check-in and half an hour of Reiki. This will be followed by a few minutes to discuss anything that may have arisen within the container of your Reiki session. For those who opt out of Reiki, this can be a time for us to talk, practice and review together.
Your personal practice for this week remains the same as the week before, 20 minutes of Tantric Ocean Breathing at least 2 times a week, Pleasure Journaling at least 3 times (as well as identifying the 5 forms of pleasure) and continued practice of your HeartMath regulation techniques.
Session Five: Pleasure
We briefly check in about how your ongoing personal practice is unfolding, and what changes might have occurred since you began this program. We go over genital anatomy, the mechanics of how we are wired for pleasure, and the 11+ different kinds of orgasms we humans are capable of having — not to mention, how our incredible bodies make that possible! We will talk about the 4 phases of physiological and emotional healing. Then you will learn how to engage with Orgasmic Awareness Practice, which will be demonstrated on silicone models. This practice is designed and created to help your body to learn to relax with pleasure and sensation, instead of contracting or tensing against it — and this is where your practice of Tantric Ocean Breathing comes into play. We will combine the Ocean Breath, with the Orgasmic Awareness Practice to unlock your body’s deeper pleasure potential, increasing your ability to have stronger, longer, and better orgasms, to feel more fulfilled in everyday life, and to begin to dissolve trauma and shame your body may be holding.
As your final session of this introductory program, we will make sure all of your questions are answered, talk about suggestions for continued practice, and determine if you would like to continue the learning process and come back for subsequent sessions. Knowing that this is only the beginning, that we are scratching the surface of what is possible, and that a whole other world of depth and joy awaits you.
